Team names and insignia referenced on this platform are used for identification, fan engagement, and parody/entertainment purposes. Rival Rag is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by any collegiate athletic conference or NCAA institution.

In accessing the website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content, or designs may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without prior written consent, excluding standard personal fan sharing.

8. Digital Asset Use Clause

Non-Commercial Digital Sharing & Restricted Reproduction: Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to digitally share the specific QR code provided to you solely for personal, non-commercial promotional and community-sharing purposes. You may not reproduce, alter, modify, print, distribute in physical formats, apply to merchandise, clothing, or physical goods, or use the QR code in any manner that suggests commercial endorsement or creates unauthorized derivative works. All intellectual property rights in and to the QR code remain exclusively with Rival Rag. We reserve the right to revoke this digital sharing license at any time for any reason.

9. Contests and Giveaways

  • Eligibility: Open to legal residents aged 18 or older. Employees, independent contractors, and immediate family members of the company are ineligible. Void where prohibited.
  • Sponsor: Contests and giveaways are sponsored and operated by The Rival Rag, LLC.
  • Entry Period: Entries must be submitted online through the designated entry form between the specified start and end dates.
  • How to Enter: Limited to one entry per person. Entrants must complete the official form with accurate information. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
  • Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Winner Selection & Notification: Winners are chosen via random drawing from eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified via email and must respond within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours), or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Delivery: Prizes are shipped following winner verification. The company is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers.
  • Privacy & Communications: Participant information is used to administer the giveaway. By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
